At SUMRZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
 

• The request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
   

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:
 

• Size-related issues

• Defective products

• Incorrect items received
   

Once your returned item passes inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund, you may request one within 10 days of receiving your order.

After the returned product is received and approved during inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
 

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items returned without original tags or packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

• Requests made after the 10-day return period
   

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by SUMRZ.

For size exchanges or voluntary returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
